Jed carried out extensive work on my house, replacing the entire roof and rebuilding the chimney. He was very polite and communicated clearly throughout, informing me of exactly what needed doing and consulting with me at each stage of the job. His work is careful, tidy and very professional. Jed Stocker and his team carried out some repairs and replacements, including leadwork, to a slate and a concrete tiled roof at my property. From the start we found Jed polite, flexible and professional. Over three weeks or so He did the work that was agreed to a high standard and to the agreed timescale. Despite some of it being more awkward than anticipated and the weather variable, there was never any compromise, complaint or request for extra. We found the whole team very easy to deal with, most of the time we hardly knew they were there and they left the job site completely cleaned of all scrap and rubbish. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend to others.

I don't want to spoil Jed's rating on here as he seems to be a good guy who does a quality job, but in my experience of asking him for an estimate he was really unresponsive when a more helpful reply - or any kind of reply - would have made a big difference to us whilst costing him just a couple of minutes. That kind of thing matters to people. Still, the other reviews on here will give you a better guide.
