My existing flat roof extension was nearing its life expectancy and I decided to replace the old felt with rubber and at the same time upgrade it from a cold roof to a warm roof. I chose Stace Roofing as they were used to doing rubber installations. They were not the cheapest but to my mind offered a professional service. I was very happy with how the job was handled and the finished product, so can happily recommend them.

It was only a small job, a kitchen extention roof re felting, but I was treated exceptionally well by all the staff, both in the office and the man who did the actual work.
He was friendly, courteous and worked hard, while still observing the Covid 19 rules. The work he did was really neat, tidy and was done in the time specified and the whole area was left really clean. The roof looks very smart!

Having viewed the Stace website, I felt comfortable contacting Andrew about work iwas considering. Andrew came over, viewed the job, gave a fixed price there and then. The scaffolding was erected the day before the work started and his team arrived the next morning. All work was carried out to a very professional standard, very clean and tidy. The job could not have gone better with communication with Andrew and his team in the office making things very clear and easy. We had Stace Roofing to do some repairs and completely replace our flat roof with Fibre Glass. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish, they were very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. George and Brett did a great job and were very patience and understanding as I was very particular when it came to some of the finishing touches. Jamie came to have a look at the finished work to check it was all satisfactory and that we were happy with the work and that just shows the level of commitment from them to ensure that the work was up to standard and we really appreciated that. From the first contact arranging a visit I found Stace Roofing to be extremely professional, everything was documented, everything happened at the expected time.

During the initial repair expected to last 1-2 days some further issues were identified, they were quickly estimated and approved, and teams juggled around to ensure the final repairs were completed as quickly as possible over the next 4-5 days.

Various roofing teams were involved, I found all to be very polite, very safety conscious and very tidy ensuring our driveway was tidied each evening and at the end of the job all waste materials were removed.

I have used Stace Roofing on two separate occasions. They are an excellent user-friendly family business who offer a variety of roofing solutions. In 2017 the roof of a large bedroom dormer window was leaking. Stace recommended a complete flat roof replacement including 6" of insulation to bring the roof up to modern building regs.
