Replaced lead flashing on my chimney as I had a leak. Leak got worse not better, rang back 10-20 times to re arrange to come and sort the issue out, did this 4 times and he didn’t turn up once.

Got 2 roofers out to get a quote to sort the job he had messed up and both said the exact same thing..needs ripping off and doing properly from scratch.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Lee has carried works out for us at a property in Darwen which started to leak again a few months after. I have been asking him for almost 6 months to go back as the work was under a 12 month warranty. He has been sent multiply messages with images and has told me several times he would be going back to repair the issue.

This still hasn't been done and we are now looking to have a CCJ issued against to claim the money back as the landlord will now have to pay another roofer..

Not acceptable and luckily we are a letting agent to cover the cost. This could have been someone with no money and he doesn't correct the work that fails. Appalling!!
