After I contacted them on a Friday night, the team came the following Monday after a very wet and stormy weekend to replace my ridge tiles that had been blown off the roof! Contacted over the weekend to confirm, arrived as predicted and got the work done the same day! Really grateful, thank you.

After giving this firm a glowing 5 star review I had to call them after the roof repair to my 90 year old mother in laws roof started to rain in again . Numerous phone calls numerous promises from Mick promising to come and look at it .
When the work was originally finished he said if there are any problems just Ring us no problems well we did and are still waiting weeks later my 90 year old mothers roof has still not been re checked re the work being sound .
I have changed my review from 5 star to 2 star . Would not recommend now after very very poor after service

Very quick to respond and come to check issue. Repaired collapsed felt, ridges and resealed whole roof. Very professional, great job and was even 2 days earlier to do. Will definitely use again if needed.

At the time of finishing we were very pleased with the work. However it’s the after care they fall down on. We’ve lost count of the number of times Mick has been asked to come back and finish a small job that was left to do. Just get yes will come round next week been told numerous times. Always a no show even when he was four doors away. Very shoddy indeed.

I have had the same experience as the last reviewer. After a reasonable job having been done, albeit taking far too long as the work was clearly being fitted in around other jobs, Mick has failed to return to sort out a number of defects in the workmanship. After numerous promises to return but failing to do so over a 10 week period, my messages are now being ignored & I am left with the new guttering having become detached from the new drain pipe causing water to flow over stonework & down the side of my house together with new fascia coming detached from the house. Extremely disappointed & I would definitely not recommend.

Having agreed a competitive price for work to be done, we had our Facia, Soffit boards and all guttering replaced on our detached home.
Mick managed to start the work earlier than initially planned and completed a great looking job in a timely fashion, cleaning up after each days work.
Mick and the team have done an excellent job with nothing being too much trouble and I would have no problem in highly recommending their services.

Nothing too much trouble for Mick. Having agreed the price, the scaffolders were on site the next day. As soon as erected Mick was there with his team, straight on with the job and worked every week day including the weekend to get the job completed. Even though the weather was poor at times, this didn't put his team off. If he said he would be there in the morning, true to his word he would be there. Area left clean and tidy at the end of each day and skip brought in within days to store waste. Happy with the produce and the installation, would highly recommend this company.

Needed to get my roof patched because it was leaking and within a couple of days Mick and his team had quoted me and had it patched up. professional friendly service, no complaints at all.
