One of the best examples of customer services I've ever experienced. Shaun replaced our roof 2 years ago. Recently we uncovered a damp patch behind some fitted wardrobes and called him in to check it wasn't the roof. Of course it wasn't, his work is excellent. He did identify though that a huge section of the back of our house needed repointing and the old bricks needed a silicone weatherproof coating. Without even asking him he carried out this work for us free of charge. He did this because my husband has terminal cancer and I'm heavily pregnant. He's one of the most compassionate and kind men we have ever had the pleasure to meet and anyone who employs his company will not be disappointed. Can't rate Swadlincote roofing highly enough. Shaun priced up my pitched roof for felt,and lathe replacement, he called when he said he would.Was very courteous and I opted to have my roof fully replaced.he explained everything fully and agreed a prompt start date,work was carried out to an excellent standard. A really exceptional job was carried out everywhere tidied up and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks shaun and your brilliant team of lads for a fantastic job.
