James was very courteous & very helpful. We called him to repair our roof urgently as there was a stone hanging off the roof. James came & took a look & quoted a price for repairing & completed the job within hours of our first phone call. Very professional & would use him again & very happy to recommend him to our family & friends.

I was given James’s number by someone on our local neighbourhood app. I was in great need of done roof repairs and fascia repair. After I looked up Hollyfield Roofers I saw that he came with great reviews. It’s so hard placing your trust in someone you don’t know as there are many a tradesperson who is ready to take advantage and you may not get the job you’re wanting. I rang him and he said he would call the next day. True to his word he did, he assessed the job and said he could do it the following day. Now that’s service! James and his team came, they repaired a fascia board, re pointed my ridge tiles and sorted a leak I’d had from the chimney stack. A job well done. They even tidied everything away at the end too. James is a smashing bloke, very friendly and the lads were very polite too. I will definitely be calling on them again as I have another job needing to be done and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. James came to look at a leak we had in the loft and gave us a quote, James gave us a run down on what he'd need to do to fix our issue. James, James's young son and Gareth came the next day and fixed it very quickly. There was no messing about they just got on with their job to accomplish their mission. I cannot find words to describe their passion and dedication that they have for their work. Their work is outstanding and professional. I would definitely recommend Hollyfield Roofing their service is second to none.

Unfortunately i do not have any before pictures but the pictures i have provided is the fantastic work that Hollyfield Roofing has done. The work was around the chimney and all ridged tiles along the top of the roof removed, re-cemented, replaced and partly down the roof to find the source of the leak :)

James came out to look at our roof a couple of hours after I rang him on Wednesday night and then came back and refelted our flat roof on the Friday. All his lads were courteous and polite and had the job done within 6 hours or so. They did a great job for a great price and I would more than happily recommend to family and friends, in fact James is coming back next week to do another job for me - can't recommend too highly - brilliant

James was very helpful and professional from when I rang for a quote to coming round and carrying out the repair. He explained what was needed clearly and I felt the work was good value for money. I would contact James again if I had roof problems in the future.

James was extremely helpful with the initial consultation when he first visited.
After going in depth about the issues and telling us where the issue was, and showing us multiple pictures which previous roofers failed to identify.. We decided to go through with him and his son Kramer.

James and Kramer both were extremely friendly, professional, and provided immaculate service. Not only did they change the entire felt on the roof, but they also cemented the ridge tiles (upon request). They managed to complete the job on the same day. Explained in depth the work which was carried out, and showed me exactly where and what they will be doing. Resolving the leak which we have been facing for months and struggling to find a permanent solution due to previous roofers not finding the cause of the issue. James has thankfully resolved the leak, leaving us extremely happy with the work provided.

Immaculate customer service, perfectionist, and immaculate work completed. Would 100% recommend them for your roofing needs. And will be coming back in the future for any roofing needs (hopefully i wont have to, haha!)

We used Hollyfield Roofing for repairs to valleys on our roof. I contacted James who was extremely busy but took time out to discuss dates to accommodate my repairs. He turned up very prompt and was both knowledgeable and professional. He and his son Kramer completed the work, explaining what/why they were doing the works and cleaned up all the debris from the repairs. During the recent freezing conditions the fascia and guttering were left hanging dangerously after they came away from the house. After speaking to James he came round that day, gave me an estimate and after accepting it he told me when he would be able to do the job. He arrived exactly when he said he would, completed the work to an excellent standard and for less than originally quoted. Can't really ask for more than that! Based on this experience and the excellent communication provided throughout the process I would certainly recommend.
