Fantastic Job, well done Chorley Rooftech Ltd, Barry and his crew did a great job on our new warm roof on the conservatory, its made it a totally new room and looks like new and so warm too now. Great finishes and well made, probably the best system I've seen on the market having done my research, would definitely recommend these guys they have it right.

Like the other reviews I found Chorley Roofline (now trading as Chorley Rooftech) very pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately the stand of work can be disgraceful. Two of the downpipes were not connected to the drain, short by some 10 inches (see photos) resulting in the drains being blocked. The drains had to be vacuum cleaned before fitting the new downpipes. I had to contact Chorley Roofline several times before they rectified their work and this was after I had arranged for the drains to be cleaned. At no time did they offer any kind of apology for the standard of work or my inconvenience.

The work was obviously out of sight out of mind. Please be aware.

Very professional company charging realistic prices. Chorley Rooftec installed soffits, facias and gutters on my detached house. Quite a big job, so it took them three days. Steve’s team worked solid for three days and were very professional. A good bunch of blokes who were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Attention to detail was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Rooftech took on the difficult task of completely replacing a large flat-top roof covering a swimming pool that, after years of standing water leaking through seams in the asphalt, had rotted the wood below and had partially collapsed. The specialist joiners created a new timber structure, on top of which the roofers laid seamless fibreglass sloping into a central drainage channel, so that the water flows straight off the roof. They did an excellent job, for which I’m very grateful.

It’s rare these days to find a trade that responds promptly. This company is a rare exception and although I didn’t know this company decided to go ahead with my roof job. I wasn’t disappointed they responded quickly and came within the quoted period. The two blokes who did the job were great, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves - wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

My rotten mock tudor cladding was recently replaced by Chorley Rooftech. From the initial visit to assess the job to the completion it was handled in a professional but friendly manner. I would certainly recommend the team to anyone.

Service supplied was second to none, from the minute the house was surveyed and suggestions made about gutters, facia and new roof on rear extension the price was agreed all very reasonable and didn’t dent the pocket. Agreed installation date and tradesmen arrived on time everyday until the job was completed. Workmanship and quality of work could not fault, tidied after every day, and if you have a good supply of tea bags then keeps the job moving. Overall highly recommended if you want quality finish and expert job carried out at reasonable prices.

Wow! I could not recommend this company any more. Stewart and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had quite a lot of work completed by them, new facias along with gutters and a complete transformation of our existing flat roof into a new flat roof with an amazing skylight installation. The material they use is out of this world and I completely understand why the offer such a fantastic guarantee with their product. The lads working for Chorely Rooftech are quite simply masters of their trade. Not to mention first and foremost they’re more than decent lads too.

As for the level of customer service that I received, that’s what has made this such an enjoyable experience. Having recently moved to Manchester in my first house, i was worried I’d be too far away. Stewart would regularly call at the drop of a hat and ensure that everything was well and sound. He promised from day one he’d look after us and that’s what he certainly did. Could not recommend Chorely Rooftech enough.
