I had some damp appearing in my house so contacted Paul for a professional opinion on whether there was any water coming in from my roof. Paul was at my house within a week of calling him, despite the fact that we had just been through a big storm and he was no doubt busy enough. After quickly checking the roof he determined it was actually a blocked gutter that was causing the issue and said he could get it fixed within the next week. To my surprise, he was back within an hour ready to tackle the problem... even in the pouring rain!
