Had this company to re roof my house and replace gutters.that was last Nov/Dec 2021 the roof leaks more now than before called them back several times but not fixed it. The gutters are leaking in several places as well. He has since stopped answering my calls and ignored messages. Sent recorded delivery letter to his address but came back saying no one of that name at that address. I don't want you anywhere near my house again. I've had 2 other companies to look at the roof and they have both said that My roof is leaking and it is not coming from next door. The work you did was appalling. And why would the recorded delivery letter come back as 'NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS' if you were not trying to avoid me,very strange since that address is on your invoice. You've only contacted me onhere because I've made it puplic. Do not contct me again.

Avoid Ryan from Affordable Roofing. No professionalism and not honest to keep appointments. With 15 years on the job (so he says) still cannot rectify a leaking gutter.

Definitely would not recommend,mis diagnosed a leak in my roof and paid for a job that didn’t cure the leak, tried to get him to come back , made 2 appointments and didn’t turn up, eventually had to get someone else.Very poor!!

Had leak coming in from bay window roof. They came same day and fixed the issue. Would recommend.

Very reliable I highly recommend, Ryan cleaned and repaired my Gutters preventing the leaking in at my front door aswell as sorting my back garden gate, as it was put on incorrectly in the first place. Very respectable of my worries and worked fast and hard to make sure it was up to a high standard, thanks Ryan 😊
