Hopeless customer service. Their manager Patrick visited in AUGUST to price up a job for me ; but still had not provided a quote by NOVEMBER, despite me chasing up via the office several times. Neither the office nor Patrick had the courtesy to ring me back on any occasion, nor did they ever offer any explanation for their failure to contact me or provide a quote.

Pay cheap, pay twice

Unresponsive!! Roof leaks even worse than before! Supposedly new gutter replaced now leaks even worse than before!!!

We recently had a new roof installed by Wyles Roofing Ltd.
We are thoroughly delighted and pleased with the outcome. The process from start to finish was smooth running, everyone involved was polite, friendly, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble - we can't fault them.
If anyone is looking for a new roof or roof repairs we can't recommend them highly enough.

Needed kitchen extension re-roofing as original was tired. Showed up after initial contact to give a quote. Very professional from the get go. Measured up everything and told me what work would be done. Gave me a fair price there and then but then emailed me a detailed quote later that day. The lads doing the work showed up a few weeks after acceptance of quote. Very professional and up for a laugh but got on with the job immediately. Just had to supply water, electricity and brews. Job was completed to an excellent standard in just 1 day despite there being some dodgy brickwork. Sorted that out at no extra cost.
They tidied up after themselves and left the work area spotless.
Top notch and highly recommended. Will definitely use Wyles Roofing again.
