Quite simply, I rang this company and left a message, but never heard back from them.
Another local company did get back to me directly and repaired my roof the following day.

The (no obligation/no cost) Survey took place at the exact time on the date agreed and I was furnished with a quote that met my expectations. The roof repair team arrived on the scheduled dat on time, had a discussion about some of the elements they found post survey (not to increase cost. Just to make aware) They completed the project efficiently, effectively and without any issues. I arranged an appoinment for John to quote for work on a porch roof, facias etc between 11.30am and 12.30 yesterday. It got to 1pm and no one had turned up. Phoned the office and was told he will still come and they would chase him up. Waited until late afternoon, still no appearance and no call. Phoned the office again but no answer. I can only deduce that this company has so much work they do not need new business, which is fine but it would be nice to have been told they were not turning up. It would appear that this company has no integrity if they can treat prospective customers this way.

Made three attempts at getting a site visit and quote, and had three no shows. Real contempt for potential customers

Two times out of the three, the secretary who was trying their best couldn't get hold of the roofer despite several attempts.

In the end gave up
