We have used Empire
now for 2 separate jobs. Very professional team.
They arrived ahead of schedule which was nice. All the guys are very polite and made the site clean each night before they left. Would highly recommended without a doubt

I have now used Empire three times for roof repairs/maintainance. I have found the company to be very professional and the work is of a good standard. Good communication throughout, from intitial estimate though to completion of the job. They turn up when they say they will and keep you updated if there is any change of plan.
Estimate is provided on day of visit and invoice emailed promptly on completion of the job.

This is the third time that i have used Empire Roofing. There was a leak coming from my kitchen roof extension. Chris identified the problem. He was very knowledgable. His team came out to fix the leak within the next few days. They were friendly and done the job really well.

We have used Empire for the 2nd time and both times have been fast quotes and quick response time to get the problem fixed.

Empire Roofing had been recommended to us by our neighbour. In the first instance we used them to change all the gutters and replace our fascia boards to upvc. They left such a lasting impression that we used them the second time round. Upon initial approach, we were asked to send pictures of the leak in question which had happened from the recent excessive downpour. Chris and the team were professional and knowledgeable explaining clearly what had happened, what needed to be done, how they were going to do it and how much it would cost. Again, there was no sense of pressure like other companies to commit asap or give a deposit but rather left to us to decide on a time that would suit us as well as them. Empire kept us informed of when the scaffolders were due, when the team would come to do the job and when they were expecting to finish. They stuck to that plan, cleaned up after themselves as well and only ever ask for payment when the job is done and to your satisfaction. Highly recommended without a doubt hence the 5 star rating.

The guys from Empire were prompt. Did the work on time and to budget. Obviously need a heavy storm to test it but it’s withstood 6-8 inches of melting snow so all looks good.

Surveyed and quotation received perfectly. work carried out on the accepted date. All works completed on schedule and to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I rarely submit public reviews but Empire definitely deserve the small effort it takes to write a few words to express my thanks to them. After being let down by roofers I found online, by chance I walked past an Empire van in Hertford which had their phone number on the side. After calling the next day I had a site visit by Jack and within days I had Matt and his helpers on site doing a job so good, the neighbour was asking for quotes to have his roof done also.
These guys deserve every success they work for, outstanding!
