I had two previous quotes for a leaking roof . Both quoted approx £1200. These were clearly dishonest contractors. This contractor was working down the road and my husband asked if he could have a look at our roof. He simply climbed up and said that two tiles had not been clipped together correctly. Which he promptly did. At no cost!!! He mentioned two tiles where chipped and suggested that they might need replacing at some point in the future. He agreed to replace rhe two tiles for £80. He came back a week later and replaced the chipped tiles and showed us the damaged tiles. It's so refreshing to actually come across a genuine honest roofer, who
belongs to a regulated roofing organisation. Delighted! So Fed up with unscrupulous building contractors. I would certainly recommend Titan

Still waiting for a response from owner reference roof repair after waiting numerous weeks..

Dan was so professional and our saviour in our desperate time when our roof leaked in this kind of weather. He even did extra job and gave us tips in some areas of the house where we had issues as well. We will definitely recommend him.
