I had engaged Abard Property Maintenance several times over the years to carry out repairs to my previous house. Given the high quality of their work I had no hesitation in asking them to strip & re-felt the main roof of my new home and to replace two flat roofs with cast in place fibreglass. When asked to install some new drains and repair a garden wall as additional work, there was no problem whatsoever and they did the work concurrently with the roofing work. The quality of their work is outstanding and I am very pleased with the end results. My late father, a Master Builder, would have agreed with me! All this work was carried out for a very reasonable overall price. Several neighbours have also commented on the high quality of the work, some asking Abard for contact details to quote for the work they require. A testament to their craftsmanship.
