Lee and his team came highly recommended by a local builder, extremely competitive price and a fantastic job completed on time and under budget. They turned up when supposed to, worked extremely hard and left the site spotlessly clean at the end of the day. Their lead work and tiling is of extremely high quality. I have no affiliation to Lee James roofing, I am just an extremely satisfied customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After the storms two weeks ago I called Lee at James Roofing to ask if they could provide a quote & carry out the work. Despite being very busy, Lee came out to me the following day and I booked them in a few days later to fix my roof. Excellent service. Very pleased

Lee and his team did a thorough and capable job at replacing the tiles lost during a recent gale. At our request they also went over part of the roof to more securely fix the existing tiles to try and prevent future problems. The wind has blown hard since and nothing has shifted. We hope we don't need them again, but would have no hesitation in inviting them back for future roofing jobs and would thoroughly recommend their services.

We had water ingress due to poor installation of lead flashings on our new build house. We also had slipped tiles and cracked tiles that slid off the roof.

Lee and Sam attended my property to inspect the faulty areas. They quickly replaced a dangerously loose tile for me before quoting for the lead repair work, what great service!

Just had a two man team from James Roofing install a brand new scolloped lead flashing around the perimeter of a new garage, approximately 30m in all including corners with welded joints. And Wow! What a beautiful job they made. They also advised and reinstalled eaves protection and new roof battens. Amazing work, really friendly lads and very tidy. Will definitely recommend. Thank you👌

Spoke to James regarding a bay window where we had slipped slates and cracked mortar - response was within 48 hours, reasonably priced and sensible communication. Very pleased we won’t need to worry about the roof over winter - can recommend based upon this job.
