We would not hesitate to unreservedly recommend Surrey Roofing Service. Dean and his team provided exemplary customer service throughout the process, from a highly competitive quote to the completion of the installation process. We are delighted with our three replacement Velux roof windows, fitted by a polite, friendly team, who left everything as tidy, if not tidier, as before the fitting. The installation was actually faster than expected as well, with options re the control panels/switches for the windows clearly explained before they were fitted. They also kindly cleared and tidied the roof gulley for us while on the roof fitting the windows.

From start to finish Surrey Roofing Service was brilliant. Helped with advice on what size window to install, turned up on time and worked solidly while they were here. Lots of little updates as work went on which helped and they were always happy for me to ask questions and take a look at what was being done. Great service and would use them again.

Dean and the team installed my Velux on what must have been the wettest day of the year. They cut two small holes in the plasterboard and disruption/mess was kept to a minimum until the tiles had been removed and the frame built. Then they cut the plasterboard and put the window in. Next day the flared internal plasterboard frame was installed. Lastly the plasterers finished the job. Both teams were efficient, clean and respectful of my home. I’m a perfectionist and would highly recommend them

They did a fantastic job, installing 4 Velux windows. The work was done very efficiently - they started early and finished late each day. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the job was done to budget.

Firstly had a new velux window and on second occasion 2 sun tunnels. I was extremely impressed how Dean and his team carried out this work. They were very professional, good workmanship, very courteous, good time keeping, and kept me informed as to what they were doing and made certain that everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommended them.

I needed to replace 3 Velux skylights and approached a few companies about the installation. Some were not registered with Velux, so I dismissed them on the basis that if I ever had an issue, I'd probably be on my own. Of the companies that quoted, Surrey Roofing Service were always quick to respond, helpful, quoted competitively and were motivated to carry out the job; I didn't need to chase them unnecessarily. On the day of the installation, the team carried out a clean and tidy installation, they were polite, not intrusive and most importantly, completed a proper job. Surrey Roofing Service is a prime example of how a firm should be run.

Highly recommend! I needed to arrange 4 Velux windows for my Mums house. They helped me choose the correct ones and then sourced them for me. Dean and his team were excellent. The installation was done quickly and effectively and they were all very friendly and professional.
