I arranged a date with Mark for repairs to our roof post-storm (either the following Monday or Tuesday), but he did not turn up.

I therefore left a voicemail message asking for him to get back to me but he didn’t return my call, so I left another voicemail the following day asking him to call me, even if he now wasn’t going to do the job, so that if that was the case I could arrange for somebody else to complete the work.

However I still didn’t even get the courtesy of a call back, we were just ignored.

Totally unprofessional and with a complete disregard for customers’ well-being.
My advice is to steer clear of this company.

Mark arrived very quickly following the storm even though he was very busy he kept me up to date. A very good job done on my house good value never stopped all day
