The short review: COWBOY!!!! DECEITFUL!!!! STAY CLEAR!!!! Would give minus stars if I could. Hired Frank from FD Roofing to fix my leaky roof. He came, completed the job and provided me with a year’s guarantee. Unfortunately, Frank’s work didn’t fix the problem. Despite a million promises, he never came back to redo the job. In the end he promised a full refund, which never materialised. He is unreliable and unprofessional. I am £550 out of pocket and still stuck with a leaky roof and a damp spot in my bedroom, which I have to treat regularly with bleach to combat the mould. Just a final warning: He is a very smooth talker – don’t fall for it!!!!
