Danny and his team installed our new fiberglass flat roof and new roof lantern in March 2022 during periods of heavy rain, which they weren't prepared for. As a result our whole internal ceiling fell through because the externals were left exposed. It is now the end of August 2022 and finally (after a different company rectified the problem) our roof is fixed and no longer leaking.
Regal rooflines claim to be "specialist" in rooflights, but after an abrupt and rude conversation with Danny on the phone asking him to repair the incorrectly installed (and heavily leaking) roof lantern (for the 2nd time), he claimed that actually he doesn't install roof lanterns and he was "only doing it as a favour to a mate", which certainly contradicts a number of their website statements!

Overall - very poor customer service and a very stressful experience, which has sadly left us with damaged furniture, walls and flooring.

Came to the rescue with a last minute roof repair. Delighted with their work. Top guy too. Highly recommended.

Regal Rooflines always arrived on schedule, discussed the days progress before leaving and even worked weekends to complete our GRP flat roof for our garage and conservatory, making sure our building contractors were ready to start the other building work on-time.

We received a timely and professional service throughout the installation of our flat roof. Danny always had time to explain in detail what was required and how it would be done. Throughout installation, they kept everything tidy and completed a great job. They came recommended by friends and I would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Efficient, quick, solid, the job was done in half a day. Danny and his crew even worked on a Sunday to ensure my roof was repaired before winter. The result is just splendid! Also Danny ensured to keep me up-to-date about the dates and times they were going to come; so I was made aware of some unexpected reschedules in advance. They are nice, polite and pros. I will recommend them anytime.
