Great service from the JBS team. Suspected broken guttering turned out to be a blocked down pipe which led to damp on a interior wall. It was dealt with in less than 30mins with no hassle at all. The JBS team is honest and reliable. Will defo use them again if needed.

Very disappointing after reading the 5 star reviews. Booked James to quote on a roof repair. We agreed over the phone for 1pm and I sent a text message to confirm the date, time and address. Day of appointment, James sends a text at 11:30am stating he is at the property and nobody answered. No heads up whatsoever. I arrived there at 12:45pm, tried his phone and needless to say no answer. This is beyond me and cannot comprehend how unprofessional this tradesman does business. If you like your time being wasted choose JBS, clearly an acronym for Just Bull Sh*t.
