We needed our gutters cleared and a leak fixed. The gutters weren't cleaned very well and I could still see clumps of moss in them afterwards and when it rained a few days later the gutter still leaked as before. They also convinced us to fix the covering above one of our windows and fix some roof tiles. Pressure upselling at its best. I tentatively agreed on the condition I could be around to see what was done. Knowing we were out of the house for a few hours they took the opportunity to fix it on their own and when they turned up later at our agreed time it was only to collect the money. Personally I couldn't really tell if they'd replaced any of the 7 roof tiles they said they did, but I had no choice but to pay up. My wife chased them relentlessly to fix the gutter and they agreed 3 times but didn't show up wasting hours of our time. Eventually they stopped picking up altogether or returning voicemails. Money wasted imo and I would definitely recommend you avoid.

Absolutely disgusted with this very unprofessional business. Please save yourself time and effort by not using them. The one star is for nothing. We hAve a leak in our slated roof that comes through the bathroom ceiling and we booked a roofer from this company to come to mend it. He was scheduled to arrive 8am on Friday so my husband took the day off work to accommodate this. At 9am he had not arrived, so my husband rang him. He pretended he had sent us an email saying he would be late - no such email existed. He than said he was busy on another job and would ring back within half an hour to give a new arrival time. Of course he never rang back and when my husband tried to contact him it always went to voice mail. My husband eventually had to leave so I came home just in case someone turned up. That was Friday. It is now 10am Monday and no word from this unreliable company. There is no excuse for this terrible unprofessional behaviour; everybody has a phone and can communicate whenever they wish. My husband's calls were simply ignored. I am on a local email network and I shall be posting a warning throughout the Fulham area that this business should be avoided.

Weathertight have dissolved, pretty much like our installed roof. We discovered quite a bad leak recently and called Abraham James who was the Director of the business and oversaw the installation of the new roof. When I finally got hold of him he arranged to come but never showed up. Repeated calls were fruitless. I’ve since discovered he has been Black-Listed by CORC and is not longer a member of Trust A Trader or Trust Mark. The 25 year guarantee is worthless as it’s not Insurance backed. Anyone considering getting a new roof should contact CORC directly for advice and recommendations
