We had our guttering fixed at the front of the house which was in a really poor state. Very professional head office, only firm to come and look at it in person before quoting, reasonable cost and managed to fit us in very quickly and before Christmas. The 2 guys who came to carry out the work were really diligent, very friendly and did a fantastic job so we're really happy and would certainly use them again.

I had used this company 6-7 years ago and, having been v pleased with their service then, decided to use them again to re-point some flashing on my roof (as rain was coming in)! And I was so pleased I did! Very professional (survey done by Mr Strank himself), efficient, hard-working, tidy and courteous. The two roofers clearly took great professional pride in their work. And punctual too - all the scaffolding was taken away very soon after the work was completed. 5-star job!

Paul and his team were polite, responsive, expert and effective. They came when they said they would, they took enormous care not only to install a replacement roof but not damage anything existing. Totally professional organisation and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent responsiveness to urgent situation and attention to detail in resolution. Storm had ripped lead and felt from flat roof during weekend storm - left an enquiry message on Sunday via email and received a phone call 8:00 a.m. Monday. The team arrived less than an hour later assessed what was needed and did a great job in fixing the damage, and also addressed a number of points that could have otherwise become problems later.

Whilst initially very responsive - especially when taking payment upfront for call out and charged a significant unjustifiable sum thereafter for a 4 minute repair using one screw to seal the unit, making the cost of this one visit over £500. They have not provided an invoice or responded to my challenge to them on cost in spite of phone calls and emails.
I would be very wary using them under any emergency circumstance.

Brilliant, second to none for good old fashioned customer service. Really impressed with the quality of work and it was done on time by a professional team who worked hard and clearly knew what they were doing.
Paul popped in several times to see how the job was going and make sure we were happy which is rare these days so we were really impressed by how he deals with customers and his level of commitment to the job.
This is probably why he's been in business so long.
The work looks amazing especially under the front porch (see photo) which was just board and badly peeling paint.
Would highly recommend Paul Stranks who put our original roof on 30 years ago and would use them again if we need to
