Agreed a time, then they never showed up. Then they ignored my messages. Pretty irritating when you have a roof leaking into your baby's room.

We had new lead flashing installed and the brickwork has been carefully repointed to remove any trace of the old (poorly installed) flashing. The scaffolding was up and down and the work completed within the space of two weeks.
