Had a totally knackered old "London" roof with a decrepit central box gutter. Along came Clive from Element Roofing in his Smart car and wielding a drone and some time later (you have to wait for the best people!) I now have a truly beautiful (and leak-free) new roof. We were allocated Tim and his team who were very hard working, polite, professional, and who took immense pride in their work. As one of them said: "No pride, no point". So look no further if you want any work done on your roof.

Had my verges repaired and some tiles replaced. Great service from surveying to completion and fantastic price! The gentlemen who carried out the work were quick, efficient and professional. Thanks again!

Excellent new roof from a team of expert roofers

When I needed my roof replacing I deliberately decided to choose someone I believed I could trust, someone I thought would do an excellent job. I chose Element Roofing and they really delivered. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around and they did an excellent job. Others may say they could do the job cheaper, but I would be surprised if anyone could the job better than Element Roofing. Our new roof looks great too!

Arranged a time today to provide an estimate. Element sent me a calendar invite for their chosen time but then cancelled the invite one minute after their appointment time had started. The reason given for cancellation was that I had not provided my door number or paid estimate fee of £25. Odd since I gave my door number over the phone when I asked for the appointment and I had not been asked to pay a fee. Suggestion: don't send calendar invites to customers if you are not ready to confirm the time.

They were as polite as they were funny. I know it is not a part of a deal, but we've had plenty of nice conversations and shared many a cup of tea. I appreciate when the job at hand is something more than just work done and money paid. Nothing was too difficult for them. They were patient and followed on with suggestions and little requests. Lastly, I would like mention Daren himself for his professionalism and advice. We have a nice new roof, but dealing with him was equally nice and has left a lasting impression.
