From the beginning JPW Home care Solutions Ltd was great. Our roof at the rear of our home had been re-roofed 2 years prior by a different company and there was problems. Team arrived promptly and on time and we discussed the issues and a satisfactory quote was given. Work was completed this week and the workers were excellent. They did a great job. Everything was cleaned up. Very tidy. Very professional. Really happy with the job. I will update after rainfall. Thank you Wayne. Excellent.

Wayne with JPW Home Care Solutions Ltd performed a roof inspection and then after insurance company approval a full roof replacement due to hail damage. Wayne did an outstanding job as did the rest of his crew. He was very professional and the job was performed perfectly. I have highly recommended him to my friends and neighbors. Great job from a great company.

This company is wonderful! The technicians were extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. They took care of the roof repairs I needed, promptly and efficiently and they provided a more than fair bid, so the cost and the quality of services was excellent! We were very happy with them throughout the entire process. They were slightly higher than other estimates we received, but we were willing to pay a bit more due to their reputation for quality work. We did have to wait several months for work to begin because of the effects of the pandemic. But they kept in touch with us, and once the permit was approved, work began quickly and was finished in a timely manner.

Contacted this company for various needed roofing updates to our property. Very efficient and swift communication from Hayley in the office throughout the works. Whatever question I asked was answered-nothing was a problem. Wayne and his colleague were a pleasure to have at our home and carried out the works to a very high standard. This included lead work which was amazing. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and finished in one day! They left our property neat and clean as if they hadn’t even been there. We were so happy with their work and highly recommend!

We could not be happier with the outstanding job Wayne & his crew did on our new roof! They worked in 98 degree weather & had it done in 2 days! We have a big old farm house, so I was very impressed with how quickly they got it completed. It looks great & it did it's job when tropical storm Isaias came through. Very pleased with the whole experience from setting up the free estimate with Wayne coming out & giving us a quote, to the guys on the crew & how they kept the our property tidy. We highly recommend.

Wayne and the team have been excellent. We had to coordinate between him, a new solar install and new flyover patio. They were excellent in their restoration and new paint. Replaced quite a few tiles and repointed etc. He came back out after I sent a photo saying it looked great and he picked up some tiles missed. So he sent his painter back out and fixed them up. Great after sales. Would highly recommend. They were recommended to me by company doing our gutters and fascia’s and these two companies work hand in hand. Result is fantastic.
