Cousins have just done our new flat roof on our extension which after 15 years, really needed redoing. Tony and his team were great to deal with. Very prompt at providing a quotation, very clear about the works involved. The team were professional, polite and worked quickly and efficiently, clearing up any mess and just generally great to work with. The roof now looks good as new and very pleased we chose Cousins. Due to signs of a small leak in my flat roof I called Cousins because they are a local company. Tony contacted me and arranged to visit and provide a quote. The price was very competitive. The work was carried out photos taken and provided to me. During the whole process Cousins were very professional, helpful and polite. The work was completed quickly and the site fully cleared and cleaned after. Tony and Joe were excellent during the day of the work and very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
