L Jeffrey have been professional, responsive, fair and friendly all the way through the process of replacing the old roof on our Victorian house, which they did to time and to budget for us. The advice they gave before the process started was really helpful and non-pressuring, the price they charged was good value and they clearly take pride in doing good work and looking after their client. Recommended.

Came good on a flat roof when three other roofers couldn't do it because the job was too small and another pretended the whole thing needed replacing. Reliable, good communications, speedy and kept to the quote. Great back office, guys who came out were great too. Don't tell anybody!

Lee is an absolute professional, that’s why I chose him again for my flat roof, chimney flaunting, roof repairs and gutter replacement, having had him do some work for me a few years ago at the front of my house. . Lee’s customer skills are second to none, I would insist Lee comes and gives the quote rather than his staff, as it will seal the deal. Most importantly he cares about his customers. His staff made a minor mistake , he was honest and rectified the mistake immediately. He is fair priced. And competitive and we are very happy to recommend him.

The admin staff are truly magnificent. When I was booking the appointment for roof inspection, I found that both Gemma and Chelsea were efficient, friendly and kind.
Kevin came and very swiftly analysed the problems and outlined the solutions. We booked in an appointment but because of the severe cold weather we had to change it as the render would not dry. This was pointed out by the company and was clearly a very sensible decision.
When Steve and then Phil arrived a few days later, they completed the repairs, swiftly, professionally and courteously. They left the place clean and tidy.

We cannot recommend Lee’s company highly enough. His team has done a brilliant job! They replaced the whole main roof and the roofs on the side and back extensions, put in new lead flashings, and new fascia & gutters all around the house. All done to a very high standard, on time and for a reasonable price. Very professional and flexible, accommodating all our needs. Communication with the office was friendly and efficient.
