I called regarding water i had running down the walls in my bathroom and thru the sky light it was quiet worrying as it was raining heavy at the time mark the owner came to my property in 1 hour and carried out a quick inspection on flat roof and explained it was time to renew flat roof at some point due to age there were numerous cracks and defects but suggested a repair fix for now so that i was watertight and that he would email me a quote to renew flat roof.

Roof wasn't fixed and I still have a leak. Mark doe not t want to come back to fix it despite saying 5 year warranty on his work as he says he fixed it well - but he is not even coming to check it. He is not picking up my phone calls anymore.

Finished and dumped scaffolding and old dirty gutters at the property and refused to pick them up despite our repeated requests. Also left cable dangling in front of the door. Job not very well done, had to get extra repairs to correct the faults. Unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend.

Hired mj roofing to install new sky light. They were very professional and respectful of myself and property. Will recommend to friends and neighbours. Thank you mark.

very disappointed confirmed yesterday for todays appointment no one trued up called the Mob number about 20 time s the first 10 no one picked up and than the phone went off . called back the phone was on but no one picked up . if this is the start can you imagine what is like giving them the job to a company like that , very disappointed.
