We initially called Terry Botting back in September.

He visited quite quickly but took 2 months to give a quote which raised an eyebrow but as at te time we were not in a rush so made it work for us.

Mind you during that time I had to CHASE and CHASE for the quote so not sure how long it would've taken if I didn't.

When we eventually awarded him the contract he seemed disinterest.

We asked for samples... And even said I would remind him trying to help the process.

He never turned UP with sampmes. Never rang.

IN SHORT THIS CIBTRACTIR IS EXACTLY the type who give English tradesman a bad name. A PROPER MESSER.

We needed two cracked rafters patching up, and Terry came to give me a quote really quickly, then came back within a week to do the work. Very quick and efficient, and a nice fella who was very easy to get on with. A neighbour recommended him to me, and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone else as well.
