Storm Eunice sent large corner tiles crashing down from our roof. I looked for Emergency Roof Repairs. LPR came and fixed the roof the following day. Great service, professional, they worked late and did a lovely job. We chose them because they had cherry-picker trucks and would definitely recommend that as a priority. Saved all the hassle of scaffolding.

I contacted London Platforms Roofing after Storm Eunice. They were very helpful and prompt in coming to inspect the damage caused to coping tiles on a party wall and some damage to the roof tiles. They arranged to carry out the repairs, turned up on the arranged date and at designated time. Chris & Antony kept me informed regarding arrival times etc and carried out the work in a very professional manner. The Administration Team were very helpful and issued the invoice etc in good time. Many thanks to the whole team.

Used many roofing companies in my time but this by far has to be the nest around. Great price and great services. Very professional. Definitely recommend

Found this company on face book called them for a qoute came out lovely we booked a date in the day came they was a no show this went on for 4 weeks excuse after excuse saying they will come and never showing and never calling to say they wasn't coming. Just after the 4 weeks they had the nerve to say they were backed dated with work and was unable to do they work which they said they were going to do just very upsetting not like a company at all more like a excuse factory. We found some one else and the job was done in a week I would recommend if you like wasting your time and have nothing better to very poor you have now replied to my review I am in shock that you got back to me with out me call you over and over again and I was never told once that you were so busy all I for told was date after date with a no show you should tell people the truth instead of wasting there time and you should give a day and stick to it and if any thing do come up call the customer up and tell them don't just say your not on out blackbord today when there expecting you that morning

We used this company to replace our flat roof above an extension which was leaking and damaged when we moved in. The work was done and the invoice paid.
When we had the heavy rain recently, we noticed there were sheets of rain pouring down the wall, including down our backdoor.

We then realised that the flat roof had not been fitted to include a small over-hang to ensure rain water fell into the gutters.

We asked for them to come back and fix their mistake, but it took a while. Water then started seeping through the backdoor which seized up the lock and we could not open our back door at all.
The company finally returned and spent 30 minutes raising the gutters, which did not help at all. There was still a gap between the flat roof and the gutters.

We have since had to fork out for another professional to come out and move the guttering closer to the wall, and seal the gaps. We also have had to fork out to replace a new lock mechanism on our back door.
We would not recommend this company and feel very let down.

My brother recommended this company to me and it was the best advice he's ever given me. The guys were professional, skilled, punctual, and extremely conscientious, they worked from 8.00am till 7.00pm on the first day in order to avoid a storm that was forecast for the next day! It's not ever day that you see that type of dedication in Trades men. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Hence, my 5 star rating I would give them more if I could. Arrived on Sunday following the recent torrential downpours that effected most of London. They were the only team responsive, after contacting a handful of supposed “24 hour” roofers who declined to help.

They assessed the damage quickly and even ramped up the repair times to accommodate our travel plans.

All in all a lovely team.

I’m really pleased with the guys at London Platform Roofing. Both Danny and Ken (and their team) were fantastic to deal with and offered a fair quote and great advice leading up to and during the work. Having a new roof installed was quite a daunting prospect for me, but I felt confident and reassured throughout the whole process, that the works would be completed professionally and on time.
