My experiences was pretty poor. Booked a appointment which they forgot about and left me waiting for two hours even though it was just down the road. Quite a roughly spoken chap turned up and offer little in suggestions or chat about the problem. It then took 3 weeks to get the emailed quote. I called repeatedly asking for it and when I finally complained was told "I'm doing it now do you want it or not". Well three weeks to write 5 lines on email is rubbish.

Bad service. Did some roof work and my new VAT registered builder was shocked with this companies work and had to repair the damage they deliberately caused (so I could keep calling them for a leaky roof). Poor service, would never ever use them again!!! Turns up late for work. Avoid at all costs

Excellent service from our initial meeting to the works being carried out. Office staff and technicians always being polite and informative. Would definitely recommend!

They dont bother to turn up or contact you to let you know. I was asked to block out 9.30am to 2.30pm. No work was booked in yet that was just to look. Didnt show up. Didnt contact me. One week later still not heard from them. AVOID

Caught the driver drinking alcohol whilst driving and also on his mobile. He was doing 70 mph on the motorway swerving between the lanes. Great advertising for your company.

Oh dear...leaking valley, replaced lead, still leaking somewhere, took tiles off along the side, went off to get bits, then it rained and water coming thru ceiling, as they hadn't covered it. Roof not leaking now, but load of rubble left up there!

Luke arrived on short notice and quickly found the issue and applied a short term fix. Very helpful and responsive
