They came round promptly and have a reasonable quote for the work to be done. As it was a fairly small job, he managed to fit it in the following week and to a very good standard. Would recommend T&F Property Solutions for value, quality and ease. The office communication with me was fantastic.

Called T&F Property Solutions yesterday , they provided a quote which we accepted . The team of four arrived shortly after 8 a.m. and we had a new rubber garage roof by 1 p.m. The team of four worked well all morning and left the whole area spotless. Our new garage roof looks great. Not the cheapest job but we would certainly use them again.

I needed 2 dormer roofs repaired in my bungalow, as well as other faults to be rectified. The craftsmanship and dedication shown by the team of T&F Property Solutions was outstanding, as well as their courtesy. They worked very hard throughout, and left everywhere spotless after completion.
