Jay arrived at the property and surveyed the damage and described what would need doing and quoted for the repairs.
Jay and his son arrived promptly on the day and time agreed and carried out a professional repair to the roof. On completion they carried out a thorough clean removing all debris from our property.
Will use them again as we have some other roofing work to be carried out.

We had really old and damaged chimney flashing that had been allowing water into our loft. Jay was great to speak to on the phone and was really transparent and clear about the quote and the work required. Through doing the work, he kept me updated with photos and videos (as I was at work) and went the extra mile in repairing other small errors in the way the roof had been done previously. My slate roof was damaged during scaffolding work. This caused a leak. Needed a repair. The phone call was promptly answered, had a useful chat. I sent photos and had quote inside an hour. Appointment next day, turned up promptly and job done. Efficient and professional. Very happy.

During heavy rain a few weeks back water started running in through the ceiling, mainly down the light fitting into the bedroom, so I needed to arrange repairs asap. This meant reaching out on a Sunday, despite this Jay was very responsive and helpful in confirming my suspicions of likely cause and details of what the repairs required and costs would be.

I had recently moved in and as can be seen from the photos attached it would appear previous owners ignored the leak for a long time resulting in a far worse condition than expected. Despite the extra work required, the job was completed in the same time frame originally quoted and the additional complexity/required repairs and the condition of the roof itself both before and after the repairs was communicated clearly to me so at all times I was comfortable and knew what was going on.

It has been a while since the repairs were completed and there have been several heavy downpours since to test the work and it passed with flying colours. Very happy with the results!
