Absolute outstanding service from all the team at HIP Roofing, we’ve used them 3 times over the last 2 years, they have replaced our flat roof and fitted a velux window in our loft, amazing value, clean and tidy and a great looking job each time. We also had a small repair job on our roof recently, the lads came out and repaired it as soon as they could, we would highly recommend HIP Roofing, honest, friendly and reliable. First class customer service from initial quote through to the completion of the work on our roof. The whole process was very easy and the roof looks great. Holly gave us clear information on what was required which was great because previous roofers had been very vague. From the first contact to the last sweep down of my beautiful new roof Holly, Lucy and the entire HIP roofing team have been outstanding.
The customer experience is the best, trust me, I have had some poor experiences over the years but at no time could I fault HIP roofing, what a team. They turn up when they say they will, work hard (no short Friday's for these guys) answer every single query and question promptly (I must have driven Lucy mad!) Coordinate scaffold, trades, adapt where necessary, check you're happy again and again. Then, when you get to the end they clear everything away with care and efficiency, they come back immediately to rectify any small snags/concerns, HIP are the tidiest most organised trade I have ever used. My roof was replaced during the hottest month, no complaints they just got on with it. This review is glowing because that's what HIP roofing deserve, I wish they covered all areas of home maintenance/improvement I'd never use anyone else. We used HIP Roofing to replace the roof on our bungalow and the flat roofs of two dormers. This was a considerable task but was completed within five working days and the standard of work was excellent. The appearance of our house has been transformed and I would recommend HIP Roofing unreservedly

Brilliant job completed by the team at H.I.P. Roofing, from the first meeting with Holly, the team arriving first day, working hard throughout the days. Always on time, polite and a tidy up at the end of each day with a quick run down of where the work was up to. The time to complete the whole roof, facias, gutters, sealing and finishing off without compromising the high standards was fantastic. Finishing with a final meeting with Lucy to sign off.
