Henry came out to quote me on repairs to my roof and it had been leaking into one of the bedrooms, he told me what needed doing, and a price was agreed, Henry came out to rectify the issues in good time, he fitted a new dry ridge and replaced some batons that were rotten, and replaced the old felt with better quality, he even replaced a few tiles that were broken at no extra cost, i found Henry very friendly, not one to rip you off, does whats needed, and gave advice freely, if ever you need a quality roofer call on cannock roofing&maintenance, you will not be dissappointed, just a shame i can not rate him 10stars,

We had a massive leak in our roof that heavy rain started pouring through right above our newly remodeled kitchen. Henry was able to fit in a quick visit to assess the job, gave me a quote, and scheduled a date to come back and fix the leak all in the first visit.

Pricing is very fair, it never felt like I was being upsold, expectations were clear, and suggestions were all really helpful and appreciated. Happy to report the leak is fully patched, the kitchen is safe, and it's been lovely to relax and not worry about it. I'll definitely be a repeat customer for any roofing needs we have in future. :)

I can definitely recommend Cannock, Roofing and Property Maintenance. Henry is reliable and a genuine good guy. I had water coming through the roof every time it rained. Henry was able to diagnose the cause and fix the issue and did a top job! I will definitely use again in the future if I have any other problems.
