A bad experience started off ok Richard eager to help paid him £5750 to replace roof on house. Iwas niave should have got 3 quotes. Failed to turn up first day should have known then this was going to be one of those nightmare situations. He supplied all labour and scaffolding. At the end of the job after i paid him i found servere damage to conservatory roof which i had replaced 10 months earlier at a cost of £4500 by cosy roof this damage was caused by his scaffolders walking on the tiles to put up the scaffolding. I contacted him and he said he would pass on the information to them and he would take photos never happened.Found leaking gutter pipes and 1 drain was not conected to the guttering 5 weeks of phone calls and excuses he finally sent someone around to complete. When i asked him to sort out the conserveatory roof he was not interested not his problem so now going through legal channels to for damages .
If you use this guy get everything in writing and make sure you get proper receipts. Still not had my guarantee certificate for the work carried out very disappointed

Recently had our roof re-tilled. They were quick to do job and friendly but difficult to get a proper receipt from them and they wanted some money upfront. Have since had problems with the guttering and have chased and chased them to come back but no good. A builder has now had a look and said they didn't finish the edging properly with trays into guttering so having to pay them to correct the work. Would not recommend.
