The whole process of a complete re roof was absolutely painless. From getting the original quote, to job completion, was so easy, because my Wife and I were kept in the loop at all times. Any questions or queries were always answered promptly by Alan or his team. The team too were beyond reproach, always punctual, polite and left the work area neat at the end of the day. The one day when rain stopped work , I was notified at 07.30, so could get on, aware that the team would not be there that day. Really could not be happier with the work carried out, new roof is a fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend Alan Ball roofing.

Alan Ball roofing replaced my roof alongside other remedial work including chimney removal and repointing where needed. They were extremely professional and polite, would highly recommend. We had to go on a waiting list but glad we waited for Alan and his team. Very happy with the work.
