Superb service from start to finish. My initial email enquiry was dealt with efficiently and the surveyor assessed the problem, caused by a botched repair by a "roofing professional". A quotation was swiftly received, and I was kept informed with the scheduling if the works. The guys who carried out the work were knowledgeable, friendly and polite, and obviously took a pride in their work. When a small amount of extra work was required which could not have been ascertained from the initial survey, this was a very reasonable amount and no attempt was made to take advantage. I have been delighted in the whole process and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I had my roof and flat roof set and I went on holiday and told them to do the insulation for the roof and I will pay extra for that and we had agreed on that.
Then 4 years later I had to do a repair in the ceiling and found out that they hadn’t done the insulation for the ceiling at all.

And now the only way to insulate is to remove the whole ceiling and redo it.

I had complained and they have been ignoring me since.

Absolutely AWFUL workmanship, awful service. Roof repair 2 years ago to mine and my neighbour's shared roof. Same problem has now recurred on BOTH sides of the house - less than 2 years after they supposedly fixed it! As it was under guarantee they performed a second repair on my side but I am now having to get a second contractor out to undo their shoddy work. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Fast reliable and cost effective. Wouldn't go anywhere else for roofing and scaffolding.
