Recently had our loft converted by Bspoke, & we are over the moon with the end result! really polite friendly guys would highly recommend them and have referred a friend who’s looking to have there loft done.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They have just finished a substantial loft conversion including other internal reconfigurations. Throughout the process, there has been excellent communication and where there have been unforeseen issues, they are dealt with quickly.
One of the reasons we chose Bspoke is that our work was not just about our house, but also the potential impact on our neighbours. We felt they went over and above in this respect.
The tradespeople who worked on our house all take pride in what they do and have very high standards.
We feel very fortunate that we found Bspoke. They don’t mess you around, they get the job done to what we feel is a very high standard, and make sure you are happy with it.

The Bspoke team have just completed a substantial extension including a loft conversion and have been nothing less than excellent from the outset. Having completed a number of building projects over the years, we have worked with an array of builders and experienced a range of service levels and competence. Had we found Bspoke first we would never have needed to look elsewhere.

The team’s skillset is unparalleled and their responsiveness and customer service levels exceptional. We never had to chase, the site was always kept tidy and most importantly, the project was completed ahead of time, to budget and to the highest level of quality. We were always kept fully informed and had no doubt that the team wanted to deliver a job to be proud of. They smashed it!

We would not hesitate in recommending Bspoke. It’s incredibly hard to find tradesman who deliver what they promise but these guys really do.

Extremely customer focused and excellent quality of work, with workmen on site bang on 8am every day. Very good with the neighbours and fast turnaround, they had the whole loft converted and water tight within 4 weeks, with just the stairs and 2nd fix to do. Very pleased with the end result!

We have recently had a dormer built with Bspoke, giving us an additional bedroom and en-suite. We are thrilled with the end result.

We decided to go with Bspoke because their quote was fair and they considered much more than just the dormer. We had the whole roof refelted, some leading work and chimney pots sorted out as part of the build.

All tradespeople took pride in their work and that is seen in the finish. Any problems were resolved efficiently and communication was good throughout the process. Furthermore, Andrew and Carl went over and above offering advice on aspects of our renovations which were not part of the dormer build, this was much appreciated.

We live in a narrow non-through road with limited parking, this was never an issue and not using skips was a massive plus point, especially for some of our neighbours. In fact, several have commented on how pleasant and respectful all the trades were.

We would highly recommend Bspoke.

BSpoke completed a loft conversion for us in Nov-21, including a rear dormer and hip to gable. The work was excellent, Carl and Andrew were great to deal
with throughout, nothing was too much trouble and their communication through the build was excellent.

Also the team working for them were brilliant, polite, friendly and professional at all times.

If you are looking to have a loft conversion completed then BSpoke will do an excellent job

Painful experience with these guys, throughout the process of the loft conversion.
They have brilliant people working for them, like John and Tony, which was a pleasure to speak with. However the company owners, Andrew and Carl, were absolutely arrogant, offensive, unprofessional. These guys, supposed to be paid to stay behind the loft conversion and make it done in 5 weeks. They showed up only 3-4 times, and the loft conversion took 3 months!! Unlikely their name, they don’t like to make a bespoke project, they want to make the things as they want. Every request we made, not free of charge, was taken as a problem instead to consider the amount of money we spent on the project.
I had to be constantly behind them, in order to make them sending the people to work. Everyday, we didn’t know if someone was coming to work in the loft or not. Some of the people they sent to us to work were absolutely dirty and Unprofessional.
After the penultimate payment, they disappeared for weeks, and I had to chase them to come to finish the job. They tried to tell me to leave the job incomplete, and let finish it by someone else. Always invented excuses for their negligence, the level of the finishes was below the average, if I haven’t been behind them. To finish my review, the communication with them was nasty. They have been offensive, full of rudeness, arrogant and despotic.

Had a disappointing experience with Andrew at Bspoke.
Before setting up a visit to our property, Andrew requested photos of the front, side and rear of the roof. He then sent me 30+ photos of other lofts he’d done and how much it cost.
On the day of the appointment, he failed to turn up and did not contact us. After an hour, I called him, no answer, so I left a message.
We never heard back.
I found the whole process rather unprofessional. Rather than coming out and providing a quote it was as if he wanted to assess whether he wanted the job through pictures and texts first.
Bspoke may do great work and judging by other reviews they do but I cannot recommend them based on my limited experience with them.
