Had tbis builder in good faith to damp proof an area in my property. They issed a 30year guatantee and even though the damp has returned he is unresposive to emails voice mails and text messages. He has also left a hole in the plasterwork in the area in question after having taken a sample to send off for analysis .The suppliers of the materials that he uses have assured me that they have sent the results to Rjchmond Builders however no contact . Not happy. Would not reccomend.

Brilliant bunch of lads doing the work, friendly and professional. Richard the owner is great with ideas you would not have thought of. Will definitely use again.
