A P Benson Roofing & Building Ltd came out and fixed the leaks we were getting on our tile roof and did a great job and was very easy to deal with. Would Highly Recommend the company.

The roof was thoroughly inspected for the quote - which was provided quickly and the work started soon after. Came as promised and worked hard to finish the job in the time promised. A couple of the gutter ends were missing but they improvised and were back the following week to add them on. Really pleased with the work done and good value.

Flat roof needed replacing. Not a straight forward job & some other companies wouldn’t do it.
The work was carried out shortly after a quote was provided. The team were friendly & professional & completed the work on time.

After I approved the quoted work, they didn't reply to chaser emails for over 7 weeks. AP Benson then stated I had "wasted their time" when they called out of the blue offering to do the work the next day - and I had already instructed another roofing company as I'd heard nothing from AP Benson. Can't comment on their work, but they could benefit from better client communication.

Similar to another review here. AP Benson came out to quote for slate roof that needed retiling, all gutters cleared out and cowls put on top of the chimneys of the main roof. Seemed like a nice guy when he was here having a look, said it was all fine and will get a full quote over to me shortly. Then heard nothing for a few days so I've instructed another firm to do the job. I understand if they're busy or don't want the job but be upfront about if that's the case. Be interesting to see if like the other review if they get in touch when it suits them....
