Did what they promised, came same day I called, fitted a new tile that had broken when no other roofer seemed want to come for a small job. Very impressed with speed of service and friendliness of team. Very good value and worked in freezing temperatures. I would certainly think of using them in future.

Had Joseph’s employees out last week to repair the chimney and stop rainwater leaking in the ceiling. At first Joseph was happy to help and was quickly out to make a repair to which he charged me £600 for. They said to me leave it a few days to see if the rain water stops coming through and if it does to get back in contact with them.

Overnight we had rainfall the ceiling was still wet, so the repair was not successful. Since then I have tried calling Joseph over 40 times, and texted him, to get him back out and have another look at it. I’ve gotten no answer. Now I am left with ceiling in a worse state and out of pocket £600. Don’t usually write reviews but I don’t want this happening to anyone else.

Since writing the above review, I’ve managed to back in touch with Joseph and they have came out to try and fix the issue. However, it is still not resolved tried calling them all last week and not had any answer.

Writing this update on the 29/07/2021. It's been 3 months since Joseph and his team started working on this issue. The roof is in a worse state than what it was before as the issue has not been resolved. I have tried calling Joseph over 50 times to which I received a text stating he would call me back the next day as he was in Hospital. It has been almost 4 weeks since that text and we have not received any sort of contact. Please avoid using this company if you have an issue as I do not want anyone else to lose money and have their time wasted.

I have been waiting 2 month's to get a response back from Joseph, so this is what it has finally come to after being constantly ignored! Supposedly fixed a leak a few month's back on Bairstow Street but once it started raining again it was in fact even worse than ever before. The previous review from the guy Josh on here is true and I am not surprised to see someone have the same experience as us. We paid £580 and are worse off, been completely ignored or been told someone was coming to take a look, they came once they ignored us all over again. We have called and messaged numerous times. Had another company come over to take a look and by the sounds of it a potential botch job. Definitely would not recommend whatsoever! Very unprofessional and feel like we have been robbed blind.

Came to fix leaking gutters and repoint channels.
Less than a year later the gutters are blocked with the debris of their "work". Didn't remove the old loose cement, filled cracks with bathroom silicon and cemented over it.
They've actually managed to make it fail quicker than if they'd done nothing.

We'd been let down by several roofers and by chance came across Joseph & Joseph. Quoted on Monday and the work was completed by Tuesday afternoon. Nice bunch!

Had work done on my mums house last year her bathroom ceiling was leaking they took 360 pounds of my mum rang them several tyms no Anser my mum not happy at all called another roofer over took photos of the work that was done by Joseph n Joseph the guy even said they took advantage didn’t do the job right in pics slates not level n gaps in between the slates rang them few tyms left messages no Anser this company is disgrace if nothings dun gonna take matter tu trading standards
