Be careful with Steven (Procast Roofing Preston) collected £2000 to fix a leak, but the roof continue to leak after the first rain.

I have Pure Regrets. I am Disappointed. I was Deceived and left abandoned with a leaking roof on the first rain after the repair. If there was option of no star I will have rated him no start.

I contacted him to report the leak, Stephen never returned the calls and he never visited the property to have a look.

I messaged him several times, he did not get back to me.

This behaviour is inhuman- knowing that people actually live in the house and this behaviour is consistent with every description of rogue traders.

If Stephen contacts me after writing this review and refunded my money- I will come back here to inform you.

I am writing this review after more than 4 weeks of trying to get him and he did not pick my call.

Brilliant roofing company with competitive prices and a free quotation service before any work was done. Workers cleaned up after completing the work which was carried out efficiently ! The two lovely people who spoke to my elderly Nan over the phone were very polite and reassuring. We would recommend Procraft Roofing Preston to anyone

I had my roof replaced as it was leaking quite bad in morer than one area, they showed me what needed doing, did an excellent job, turned up on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. Also if I contacted them they responded immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Competitive quote which explained exactly what they we're going to do and what materials they were going to use. Guys worked really hard, had roof repair, chimney rebuilt, fascias, soffit, guttering and downpipes. Excellent job, very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Cleaned up everyday before they left and took all the rubbish away. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys for a great job.

Called to get a few repairs done to a slate roof and ridge tiles. Came round the same day to quote and the repairs were compete the next day! Nice and quick, will use again if we need anything!
