Mr Lawrenson told me I would have my quote within 10 days. 2 months later he turned up and told me he had not forgotten me. He flashed in and out 3 / 4 times said he would not let me down. 7 months later no quote nothing. Think very hard before you employ this man. He comes across as being OK but the reality is much different. If he is like this with the quote what is he like if he starts to build - KEEP CLEAR

Mark and his team carried out some building work for me which was removal of a load baring wall inc the fitting of an RSJ and putting the 2 separate rooms into 1 back from basically brick. This guy is highly knowledgable in what he does and carries out work to an incrediable standard. Having building work carried out can be quiet a worrying daunting time but Mark made both myself and my wife feel at ease from the start and we had full confidence in him. His delivery in the end was outstanding and perfect to schedule. In regards to the previous rating someone had put on for Mark is that he's a builder not a PA and he is very busy due to the quality of his work but he rest assured he will never let you down! If you want to know something or worried or wants answers on something pick up the phone, he will always answer and if he doesn't he will always ring back. I would have no doubts about referring this guy and his team to anyone I know. He goes the extra mile in everything he does to ensure you are 100% happy and will deal with any building regulations needed. Just one thing which I don't think is to hard to sort - make sure you get plenty of tea bags and coffee in. Many thanks for Mark and his team - Very happy customers and outstanding work! Mark and his team took down our old conservatory and replaced it with a garden room with a pitched roof. They also built a utility room connecting the kitchen and the garage, which has made life so much easier, and a retaining wall for our back lawn. They were professional and very competent, and I'm very pleased with the work.
