I had an immediate response to my enquiry from Lee, the owner of the company. Lee was very quick to come to my house, investigate the problem and then suggest a solution. The quote was completed immediately and work commenced the following week. All work was completed to a high standard, and all mess was cleared. Lee and the team were all friendly and polite. Very good communication at all times. Highly recommended.

Lee was extremely knowledgeable & provided excellent advice on issues with the roof & chimney of a property we are looking to buy. Responded to our e mail almost immediately & took the time to review details of the survey & provide reassurance & a sensible way forward. All of this excellent & prompt advice provided free of charge because he really cares about looking after his customers & the reputation of his business. Lee has provided an excellent service. Advice on what to do with our roof and chimney breast, through to arranging scaffolding and all trades needed for the job. His regular daily updates, accurate and prompt estimate, invoices and receipts have been unusually good.

From our first contact with Lee we have been extremely impressed with the service. In fact, he was the first person who came and we looked no further. He responded promptly to our request for a quote and came to the house to do a full assessment of the work needed and gave a thorough explanation.
Lee kept us informed at all times about the availability of the tiles and gave a clear date for starting the work. He uses a well-established scaffolding firm who erected and dismantled the equipment promptly. Lee and his team brought all their materials to the house before they started the work so that they could begin by 7.15 on the appointed day. To our amazement, the roof was stripped and reinstalled within the day and looks fantastic. The team cleaned up as they went along so the drive and path were not covered in debris: by the time the work was finished you would have had no idea anyone had been there. Our gutters have not been so clean for a long time!
Every workman we came into contact with was friendly and polite and never wasted a minute.
This is a large outgoing so you need to be sure that no corners are going to be cut. We can wholeheartedly recommend Lee and his team at Copeland and Allerdale roofing.

Really impressed with the work by Lee and his team! He continuously kept us updated on progress by email, sending photos, even left a card to update our neighbour, kept to quote on the original work and when extra work was required he did it at a really reasonable price. A very professional job all round! Such a relief after waiting 8 months for another roofer who couldn't do the job!
