Weatherproof maintenance

John and his team were first class. They came at short notice to provide a quote which was excellent value for a re roof. On the day of the quote he even phoned me twice to say he was stuck in traffic but would be with me soon which was a lovely touch . We accepted the quote and John and his team were able to start quickly which was brilliant as we had water coming through the ceiling. John kept us informed regularly of what work was being done and provided full photos showing us the different parts to the job that were completed. He is a lovely guy and so is his team and can 100% recommend him and his team. They have done an excellent job.

Great work and lovely company. Chimney stack needed repointing. Contacted Weatherproof and they came to see me and gave me a good quote. Work finished in 4 days and the guys kept the place clean and tidy and watertight. Very pleased.

Happy homeowner🙂 my mother needed a roof repair to her extension. I contacted weatherproof maintenance and they popped round gave me a quote and completed the repair work in 4 days. I am impressed.

Have had my gutters soffit's and fascias replaced by Weatherproof. Worked through bad weather to finish the job. Would recommend this company.

Called John regarding a leaking roof and he was out the next day to do a drone survey. Repointing work finished the same week, with fascias replaced also. Thanks for the fast response and great communication throughout.

All good till the repair started leaking again, despite multiple promises to come back and fix, just came up with excuse after excuse, had to pay another roofer to fix their repair. Difference between a good company and a bad company is how they handle customer complaints and problems, and these do not handle them well. Would not recommend.

The leak was fixed by you, with no issues for 5 weeks, then the leak returned and you were informed by me via whatsapp, I also told you that I had poured water over the repaired area and that the water was coming through the repair, you said you would fix before the weekend, weekend came…no show as you were tied up on a big job in Chorley, next week… no show as the weather was bad and you were still tied up, next week… no show, this time your worker was sick and couldn’t work, I called you the following week and you accused me off badgering you, next week you couldn’t come down this time because you were unwell, I left it for another week and sent you another whatapp message, you replied you were aiming to get down that week… no show and no show the week after that (and no correspondence).
By now it was 6 weeks since I told you that water was coming in through the repair and you still hadn’t remedied, you seemed to think you were doing me a favour by returning to fix the repair id already paid you to do.
budget constraints? you quoted £850 for a repair, I paid it (and more for extra work).
Of course, I’m going to get a third party in to fix your repair, the water had been coming into my daughter’s bedroom for 6 weeks that you knew about, and despite your work commitments, this should have been a priority for you.

John and his team worked fast and efficiently to achieve a standard of job I was very happy with on my roof and gutters. I would highly recommend them in the future to family and friends
