Myself, friends and family all use Shaun for any roofing work. Honest, reliable and always goes that bit farther. Highly recommended.

Replaced our flat roof and all looked good until 2 years later when it started leaking. Despite a '10 year guarantee' and being asked repeatedly, Shaun Doolan hasn't come back to fix it.

It all started off great. Although dearer than other quotes I had received, the reviews seemed positive. I instructed Shaun for a small roof repair and he accepted the job. A couple of 'rained off' days - fair enough, meant we finally agreed upon a day. 8.30 am start he said. By 09.15 - no show. The fact I had taken time off work to be there, obviously means nothing. That's a days' holiday and time I could have spent with my kids lost - thanks Shaun. Sent emails which were met with no reply. have left it almost a week before writing this, to give him chance to get in contact. Nothing.
Do yourself a favour - ignore all checkatrade reviews. It's a subscription service and doesn't let you post low score feedback. Google reviews are the only ones that count. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and find a contractor that is honorable. Have wasted several weeks when I could have booked in someone else.

Shaun was extremely helpful and fixed my roof very quickly despite the awful weather. It is good to find a genuine tradesmen who you can trust.

I contacted Shaun recently as I had leaks coming into my home, he was very friendly, polite and on the time/date as promised and gave me a very reasonable quote. We then hired Shaun and his team, who did a fantastic job and fixed my leak, I would highly recommend Roofs Inc to any family or Freinds, great service and very professional!

Have used Shaun on various occasions, and always very happy with his work, always friendly and knowledgeable. He first did work for us putting another “roofers” work right. Wont use anyone else.
