I was so impressed with them. They came at very short notice as I was having an issue with my roof which meant water was getting in. They came to my rescue! I was so impressed. They went over and above what I had called them out for and repaired everything to make sure my roof was water tight. They also rendered my chimney and replaced lead flashing and repaired a hole in my roof. They were so helpful as nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I needed them. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends too. Job well done and as a bonus they were very reasonable with price too.

Unprofessional, ignores calls, poor workmanship - didn’t remove old felt, dumped rubbish in the eaves of the roof.

We had our york stone roof re-felted, latted and turned, and two dormers re roofed approx 3 years ago with a 25 year guarantee.
- Almost immediately there was water running down the front of the house. After many calls and a few months Paul finally came out to blame the damaged guttering on the scaffolders. He bodged the gutter with tape.

- now we have water and damp issues coming into my young children’s room directly below the back dormer. Bad flashing, bad ridge pointing? We don’t know because we can’t see it & he ignores calls and messages

- upon opening the eaves to remodel the inside of the back dormer I see that the old felt hasn’t even been removed and rubbish from the job has been dumped in there

- the cement at the edge of the tiles has started cracking, as has the cement on the tiles where he couldn’t be bothered to replace them.

- these are cowboys cutting corners at every opportunity and completely ignoring calls, messages and any request to honour their guarantees.

More photos will be uploaded if we can get a proper roofer to have a look at the parts we can’t see. Not looking forward to what we find in the front eaves.
Small claims court is the next course of action.

I have used these guys for over 10 years, I have lived in 2 grade 2 listed properties and their knowledge and skill is excellent . They are very good value for money. This is the best experience I have ever had with a roofer or trade business - I emailed around on Sunday evening asking for quotes. I got a phone call first thing Monday morning and they were round that Monday to quote!

They sent the quote at midday on Monday and on Friday they had installed a quality garage roof and guttering.

Great job by these guys. Repaired my leaky roof in no time at all. Had no leaks since repair. Very professional quality work and a great price too. There are too many rip-off merchants and scammers out there so watch out. If you’ve got a roof problem then Fairweather Roofing are the guys to call. I would highly recommend them anytime.
