Tim retiled the roof of my now deceased parents' house eight years ago. I still live there. The roof around all three chimneys leaked after the work was 'completed'. I got up on the roof and filled a load of gaps which Tim had left. It still angers me now, as today after heavy rain there is a damp patch on a bedroom ceiling. I can't afford to get a professional to fix the problem, so this week I will, yet again, have to clamber up on the roof and re-do some of the filling I've done before. The drainpipes and guttering he put up are all over the place too. And there's at least two tiles that are out of place by several inches (looks as though they have slipped, but that's how he left it). He seems like a nice genuine bloke, but why would I use him again! Time to retire Tim. Shame you didn't do it October 2014!
