I liaised with Andrew throughout the whole process. He was polite but very erratic with his communication. I was advised I needed pointing done., and to fix some broken tiles. On the qoute it stated a 5 year warranty. I was given photos of the work before. During the works the workmen were sporadic in their time keeping and it was hit and miss.Since the work was done and I have paid Andrew is not sending me an invoice. I have phoned him several times and messaged him. Feel very let down as I was scammed by 2 roofers previously and felt this was an honest and professional company. But I guess I was wrong.

They repaired my bay window roof and did some pointing work on the outside of the house, the work was okay but not to the high standard I would have expected. No warranty, as was told would follow, has been received for this work although several calls and a few emails to the company but to no avail. My advice is not to use them and don't confuse them with another company with the same name also based in Watford.
